With 20 years combined experience in the world of catering Phil and Michelle have worked in all areas of hospitality. Both are trained as qualified chefs and have experienced the highs and lows of working in fine dining restaurants and hotels. After many years of working split shifts in confined kitchens it was time for a change and Unique Catering was created!
Phil and Michelle identified a need for an outside catering business with a difference. There are many outside catering companies out there offering a good service, but Phil and Michelle pride themselves on providing a one to one service with all their clients from the very first meeting or phone call, through to the actual day of the event.
Although quality time has been spent devising suitable menus these are only suggestions and not set in stone, so should you require a designed menu from scratch to suit your occasion Phil and Michelle will be more than happy to do this for you and invite you to the unit for a sample tasting. The menus are creative and imaginative and all ingredients are sourced from local reputable suppliers which enables them to work with high quality and fresh produce on a daily basis. Hygiene is a top priority in outside catering these days and all members of the Unique team are qualified in Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
