Welcome to Newman’s the Caterers, a catering company
based in North London and serving corporate and private clients in Essex, Hertfordshire and North London.
We offer fresh, seasonal ingredients, using carefully selected produce,
to create delicious, wholesome menus for corporate and private events.
We believe in quality and have captured our own home cooked menus in the photography
you see around this site. We do not use stock photography.
The menus you will find within these pages are of our own creation. However, we are always delighted to meet a specific request, something special or unusual, depending on the occasion. All menus can be changed or combined and therefore you can create your menu.
Breakfast
We make sure that your day starts right with a sumptuous morning breakfast buffet, which can be served as early or late as you wish. You have a choice of Continental style with cereals, croissants, Danish pastries, oatmeal muffins, fruit juices, yoghurts, delicious smoothies, or something hot added like bacon and sausage rolls or butties, still and sparkling water and of course, piping hot tea and coffee.
Finger and Fork Buffets
Business or Corporate Buffets are one of our specialities and we prepare many each week for our extensive client list. Events can vary from product launches, and presentations to seminars and training sessions, staff meetings, guest receptions and canapé receptions Newman’s has over 12 years experience with in this field.
Our delicious finger buffets with a choice of superbly prepared sandwich platters with different breads, imaginative finger food and fresh fruit platters are always a success. The emphasis is normally on time and therefore buffets where participants help themselves, our clients find are more efficient.
Fork buffets can be served hot or cold and can be mixed with our finger buffets this allows you to have the best of both worlds. These can be finished off with our mouth watering desserts or a simple cheese board.
Canapé drinks receptions are a nice way to relax and chat among clients or friends while tasting our delicious hand made canapés with a nice cold glass of bubbly a perfect match if ever there was one!
Social Events and Parties
Of course we must not forget that special occasion be it a Birthday, Christening, family get together or just an excuse for a party! Let us take the worry off your shoulders and provide the food of your choice from our delicious menus, and of course we the washing up!
