After 3 years training in Forte dei Marmi in Italy and setting up a small restaurant near Marseilles, for the past ten years I have been specializing in catering for parties in both the UK and abroad from our kitchen in Islington. Since January ’07 we are now also cooking for Gloucestershire. At Max Waldron Organics you can now choose to be totally organic (depending on availability) or eat carefully sourced local ingredients grown responsibly without pesticides. Fish is sourced from approved fisheries.
